 Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the order size and ship-to location. Most orders are shipped the day of order receipt or the next business day. Orders received by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will generally be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased from us, you may return the un-opened items, in its original condition within 30 days, and we will give you an exchange or credit excluding the shipping charges.

International Orders

Attention international shoppers – you must be responsible for orders shipped to your country and be responsible for your country’s laws regarding dietary supplements.

Ethical Alternative Products is not responsible for product detained or confiscated by your country.

1. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country.
2. Laws vary country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund.
4. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit the product cost, less shipping charges
